UTICA, NY--(Marketwired - December 07, 2016) - Fidelis Care, a Statewide health plan with 19 community office locations in New York State and 1.5 million members, announced the opening of its downtown Utica Community Office. The new facility, located at 209 Elizabeth Street officially opened today following a ribbon cutting ceremony with local dignitaries and community partners.

Staffed with Fidelis Care Representatives, the new 2,100 square foot Center, is available to help current and prospective members with any questions they have -- from renewing their coverage, and reviewing health insurance product choices, to applying for enrollment. Fidelis Care staff speaks multiple languages and understand the unique needs and concerns of members as well as those who may be shopping for coverage for the first time.

Open enrollment for metal-level products through NY State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace began on November 1 and runs through January 31, 2017. Medicare Advantage open enrollment is also underway and continues through December 7. The Fidelis Care Utica Community Office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5 PM.
