Furze Platt Senior School achieves Cyber Essentials certification with IT Governance’s DIY portal

The Cyber Essentials scheme is designed to help organisations prevent “around 80% of cyber attacks” by implementing five key controls: secure configuration, boundary firewalls and Internet gateways, access controls and administrative privilege management, patch management, and malware protection.

This package gives organisations full control over their Cyber Essentials certification project, and includes the self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ), vulnerability scans and the certification service.
