NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Levi & Korsinsky LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota (Civil Action No. 16-cv-03198) on behalf of all current stockholders of G&K Services, Incorporated (NASDAQ:GK) in connection with the proposed sale of the company to Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ:CTAS).
