Kathy has 25 years of experience as an attorney, working on mergers and integrations on both sides of Chapter 11. She has handled mass tort and business litigation, legal and business ethics, including in the areas of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), international investigations, and data privacy. Kathy is also deeply involved in AlixPartners' diversity efforts, including serving in a leadership role in our Working Parents Employee Resource Group.
Prior to joining AlixPartners in 2015, Kathy held a leadership role at American Airlines, most recently as associate general counsel in litigation and compliance, where she managed global commercial litigation, corporate compliance, and data privacy. Kathy also was an attorney in the business reorganization practice of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Kathy has a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Law Center and a bachelor's degree with honors from Loma Linda University.
