This two-day executive education event will be held on November 10-11, 2016 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.

This year's institute will have a special focus on tech-enabled clinical performance improvement. Andrey Ostrovsky, M.D. will open the second day of the event with a keynote presentation focused on behavioral health system policy and the role that technology can play in improving system performance and decreasing the costs of care delivery. Dr. Ostrovsky was recently appointed as Chief Medical Officer for The US Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services (CMCS) where he will contribute to developing innovative policy initiatives to help states better serve Medicaid beneficiaries. Prior to being appointed to this position, Dr. Ostrovsky served as the senior vice president of medical affairs at Mindoula Health, a leading technology-enabled case management company, and chief executive officer of Care at Hand, a predictive insights software platform with a mission to ensure people can thrive in their homes and avoid unnecessary stays in hospitals.
