Antigua and Barbuda leads the nominations which list 10 other destinations to include the Caribbean islands of Jamaica, Saint Lucia and Barbados.

Antigua and Barbuda is considered one of the easiest Caribbean islands to get married in. The winner of the 'World's Leading Honeymoon Destination' and other 'World' awards will be announced by the World Travel Awards in December.
