Honoring the world’s most popular spirit, Ling & Louie’s rolls out whiskey infused menu and specialty cocktails available all month long.

Throughout the month of September, guests can enjoy a unique dining experience which spotlights a special menu of Whiskey infused dishes such as the Jalapeno Hamachi Roll or the Whiskey BBQ Flatbread for starters. Entrée choices include Bourbon-Glazed Pork Sliders, Sizzling Whiskey Scallops & Steak, Wokin’ Whiskey with choice of chicken, crispy shrimp or crispy scallops. Guests can round it out with a Bourbon-Maple Crème Brulee for a very happy ending.
Ling & Louie’s has long celebrated National Bourbon Heritage Month in September. This year, they decided to take it up a notch and include not just Bourbon, but whiskies from around the world, including highly acclaimed whiskies from Japan. Louie has even gone so far as to concoct an exclusive cocktail menu, highlighting the spirit’s diversity in mixology.
