The project was recognized with a Best Projects 2016 Award by ENR California and also received an Award of Merit in the Residential/Hospitality category in ENR's Global Best Projects competition. Swinerton worked closely with project partners UDR, Inc., Project Management Advisors, Inc., Solomon Cordwell Buenz, and Magnusson Klemencic Associates to bring the 42-story tower to life.

Project submissions are evaluated on the ability of the team to overcome challenges, its contribution to the industry and community, safety, as well as construction and design quality. Swinerton was honored with these awards for the project team's tenacity and commitment to quality and safety, and ensuring this complex project exceeded owner expectations and achieved budget and schedule goals. Swinerton was also honored for seamlessly collaborating and navigating through the logistical and cultural challenges of working with several overseas subcontractors.
