Ms. Koester has over 36 years of experience, working as an HOA industry specialist, both as a commercial banker and as an HOA community manager, assisting association in their growth and financial development. She has been involved in every aspect of the industry including portfolio and on-site management, and served as Director of Education / Membership for California Association of Community Managers, Inc. (CACM).

Ms. Koester currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CAI Greater Inland Empire Chapter. She is Past President for CAI San Diego and Coachella Valley Chapter. She is a frequent speaker for CAI Chapters across the country as well as a National Speaker. In addition, she is a CAI National Faculty Member. Ms. Koester also serves on the Business Partner Council for CAI National and serves on many local chapter committees, and maintains the follow designations through CAI -- CMCA, AMS, PCAM.
