/EINPresswire.com/ -- RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwired - July 11, 2016) - Following the successful Tours in 2013, 2014 and 2015, VibrAlign will take to the road for its 2016 Realigning America Tour, visiting 19 cities in 13 states. While the past tours have focused on sharing the best practices for shaft alignment, couplings, and machinery diagnostics, the 2016 tour will also include case studies to highlight how best practices are actually implemented.

The 2016 Realigning America Tour will begin on August 5th in San Jose, California and end on October 18th in Newark, Delaware. All tour events run for half a day, starting at 7:30 in the morning, with light snacks and beverages provided. Every tour event is completely free.

As with VibrAlign's previous tours, the 2016 Realigning America Tour content is customized to the attendees. During the registration process attendees have the opportunity to submit specific issues, problems, or subjects they would like discussed during the event. Subjects often covered at the tour events include: Shaft Alignment Concepts (basic and advanced), coupling failure modes, Dial Indicators vs. Lasers, verifying repair results, critical pre-alignment steps, identifying problem machines, alignment tolerances, thermal growth and targets, and handling the "2:00 AM Call".

Attendees will also have the opportunity to see the ONEPROD HAWK Machinery Diagnostic tool. The HAWK was designed for the mechanic, requiring no vibration expertise, but allowing the mechanic to detect and prevent machine failures before they happen.
