TORONTO, May 24, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mandalay Resources Corporation ("Mandalay" or the "Company") (TSX:MND) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Freedman, as independent director, to its Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective immediately. Ms. Freedman will also serve on Mandalay’s Audit Committee, where she will replace Peter R. Jones, who was serving on an interim basis. Mr. Jones will remain on the Board.
