Innoprise Software, Inc. Announces Trial Date Change for Its Lawsuit Against N. Harris Computer Corporation and Harris Systems USA, Inc.
/EINPresswire.com/ -- DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/23/16 -- Innoprise Software, Inc. announced today that the trial in its lawsuit in Denver, Colorado against N. Harris Computer Corporation and Harris Systems USA, Inc. ("Harris") was rescheduled to begin one week later, on June 20, 2016. The lawsuit concerns Harris' breach of the Asset Purchase Agreement dated April 29, 2011 ("APA"), pursuant to which Harris agreed to pay quarterly royalties to Innoprise as part of its purchase of six Innoprise software suites in April 2011. Harris paid no royalties to Innoprise, and Innoprise intends to present evidence at trial that Harris hid software sales from Innoprise, intentionally manipulated royalty calculations and gave away Innoprise's software without approval and in violation of the APA. The parties expect the upper-level executives of Harris to testify in person, including Jeff Bender, Jim Simak and Dennis Asbury.
