In addition to career advancement and drive, MPA seeks to learn more about each nominee's passion outside of the industry. Aziz spent several years serving on the Board for the DFW Chapter of the non-profit organization, Pratham. Known as the largest educational movement in India, Pratham focuses on inspiring people from around the world to stand up for a child's right to an education. She also established a non-profit in 1998, to provide medical support to the underprivileged in India.
