New Facility to Support NHL(R) Partnership, Product Distribution and Digital Advertising Operations

(OTCQB: UVND) (the "Company"), a consumer products and technology company that develops, distributes and markets next-generation self-serve electronic kiosks in a variety of retail environments across North America, announced that the Company has opened a custom kiosk and product supply depot located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada, just outside of Toronto. The Canadian location is U-Vend's fourth depot, the first outside of the U.S., joining existing facilities located in Chicago, IL and Orange, CA and Las Vegas, NV.

U-Vend's new Canadian depot will provide approximately 1,000-square feet of operating office space, 2,000-square feet of warehouse space, and will primarily service the greater 12.1 million populated Southern Ontario market. The depot will also serve as the main offices for U-Vend's North American digital advertising operations.

In addition, the Oakville-based location will support U-Vend's previously announced licensing partnership with the NHL®, as the Company will soon be launching its Frozen Pond Premium Ice Cream™ product in the Canadian market. Beginning this spring, fans will be able to purchase the ice cream bars featuring NHL-branded "Collector Hockey Sticks" at the Company's self-serve kiosks, merchandisers and countertop freezers, which will be located in high-traffic, consumer venues throughout the Toronto and Southern Ontario regions.
