/EINPresswire.com/ -- OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - January 25, 2016) - NAV CANADA announced today the ratification of a one year extension to the collective agreement with the Association of Canadian Financial Officers (ACFO), which represents approximately 26 financial officers working at NAV CANADA's head office.

Members of ACFO voted in favour of extending the collective agreement to February 6, 2018. The extension continues the current agreement while adding a 2.5 per cent salary increase for the additional year.

NAV CANADA is the country's private sector civil air navigation service provider. With operations from coast to coast to coast, NAV CANADA provides air traffic control, flight information, weather briefings, aeronautical information services, airport advisory services and electronic aids to navigation.
