Climate, Environment, and Conservation: Under Secretary Novelli Travels to France
Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Catherine Novelli will travel to Paris, France December 3-4 to attend the 21st UN Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of Parties (COP21). On December 3, she will lead a panel on innovative partnerships for land use mitigation at the U.S. Center at COP21. On December 4, Under Secretary Novelli will participate in a panel at Oceans Day at COP21 where she will highlight problems facing the marine environment and opportunities to protect it.
