The UK’s First National Register of Nail Technicians is launching

Association of Nail Technicians is launching the UK’s first national register of nail technicians on the 21st of July 2015.

BRADFORD, WEST YORKSHIRE, UNITED KINGDOM, July 21, 2015 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Association of Nail Technicians is launching the UK’s first national register of nail technicians on the 21st of July 2015. This is created in order to give a national registration network to all professional nail technicians in the UK.

This is the very first time in the UK that qualified nail technicians will have the opportunity to join a national register that solely represents them.

For many years people outside and inside the nail treatment industry have been asking for the establishment of a national register for nail professionals. The creation of a national register has always been a struggle due to the administration and financing costs involved. Fortunately, the Association of Nail Technicians has emerged willing to take up this challenge.

The association would like to invite all professional nail technicians in the UK to please join them as they launch their national register on July 21, 2015. They would like to build their reputation through freely allowing nail technicians to register on their site and giving them the privilege to use the site in marketing their service to the public. The register will be on a voluntary basis and will be available through the site for the public to search.

To be qualified on the register, a nail technician must have at least completed an NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) and have relevant insurance. All members will receive unique registration numbers which they can use and display on their leaflets, websites and business cards. The association will then create a page on their website for each registrant upon registration. The page will confirm the registration status and details of their businesses.

Along with the creation of the register will come a formal independent complaints procedure. Complaints about registrants, will be investigated and the result of which could mean disqualification from the register. This way, the public can ascertain with confidence that all registrants in the register are equally competent and provide excellent nail treatment services.

The Association of Nail Technicians is an unbiased organisation that gives representation to the UK's growing number of nail technicians.
