FRANKFURT [16/06 /2015] – Today, CM Telecom Germany GmbH (www.cmtelecom.de) announces that it has completed the acquisition of three mobile messaging companies in Germany: smstrade, smspromote.de and Mobilant. The acquisition is expected to expand CM Telecom’s global communication network and aims to drive increased value to customers.
smstrade, smspromote and Mobilant stand out in mobile messaging, mobile marketing and carrier services through online gateways and provide software solutions for mobile communications. Together they serve more than 8000 customers who are using the software solutions for mobile communications and connect using API’s and web applications. The agreement now brings together three mobile messaging organisations and extends CM Telecom’s product line in Germany as well as in Europe. The three separate entities will continue servicing their clients and customers under their original names with the same service level as before.
