Mr. Griffith, 52, is a member of Rated ETA's Executive Committee responsible for the organization's strategic direction, operations, and marketing.

Prior to his current position, Griffith was the managing director of SIG's program services organization responsible for project based sales and delivery efforts. Griffith developed and marketed the company’s program service strategy and managed its implementation. Griffith co-founded the Program Management Office Specific Interest Group for the Project Management Institute and served as its chairman overseeing the International Standards development for program management.

Mr. Griffith is a SAG-AFTRA member and senior partner of Rated ETA, Inc., an industry leader in the development and utilization of talent for the entertainment industry. With a solid 20 year history in technology and program management, Mr. Griffith will lead the implementation and market launch of a new proprietary technology platform for the Television and Film industry making it easier for production to fulfill casting requirements and for residents to find employment opportunities.
