Maryland Addiction Recovery Center creates innovative platform to shape the future of Addiction Education

TOWSON, MARYLAND, USA, September 10, 2014 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Maryland Addiction Recovery Center is pleased to announce a free monthly educational seminar for parents, teens, educators, and professionals seeking education regarding drug and alcohol abuse, new street drug trends, informational resources regarding treatment and counseling, and benefits of drug testing. The seminars will also address new technology and ways to educate, prevent, and treat youth regarding substance abuse. We are partnering with Mike Gimbel, former drug czar of Baltimore County, and he will be featured in the monthly seminars.

Maryland Addiction Recovery Center is a leader in substance abuse treatment servicing Baltimore, Towson and many other locations in Maryland. Primarily we have patients from Baltimore and Baltimore County, but we also regularly offer drug treatment services to residents of Harford County, Carroll County and Howard County. We offer a full continuum of care for the treatment of drug addiction, substance abuse, and alcohol dependency, helping patients overcome addiction, codependency, and childhood traumas.

Each monthly seminar will begin at 7pm on the first Wednesday of each month at the offices of Maryland Addiction Recovery Center.
