The Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources will hold a presentation on Radiated Noise Measurements of Rhode Island Wind Turbines at Kirk Auditorium on the University of Rhode Island Kingston Campus at 6 p.m. Hosted by Research Associate Professor of Ocean Engineering Harold T.
