Stakeholder meeting on investment protection in the TTIP

United States Brussels, 13 May 2014

The European Commission has launched a public consultation on investment protection and investor-to-state dispute settlement (ISDS) in the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). The aim of the consultation is to better define the EU’s approach to investor protection and ISDS in the proposed TTIP negotiation by allowing all stakeholders an opportunity to provide their reflections.

The purpose of this meeting is to present the content of the consultation and to exchange views with stakeholders on the subject.
