No traditional medicinal products containing yohimbe bark and its preparations appear to be authorized or registered in the EU, and an assessment report on the safety and efficacy of this botanical is not available or currently expected from the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) of the European Medicines Agency. In the UK, neither yohimbe nor its constituent alkaloids are scheduled, however, while they are not widely available at retail they may be purchased from Internet vendors based in the USA or elsewhere.
