Dugan & Lopatka, an Elgin accountant firm, is sponsoring the Ecker Center's Festival of Trees with a Christmas tree sponsorship.

WHEATON, IL, USA, October 3, 2013 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Dugan & Lopatka, an accounting firm serving Elgin, is once again sponsoring the Elgin Festival of Trees this fall. The event benefits the Ecker Center for Mental Health and is one of the Center's primary fundraisers. The Festival of Trees is part of a series of local holiday events called "Elgin Home for the Holidays." Participants in the Festival of Trees can choose to sponsor a Christmas tree or a wreath.

This year the Elgin CPA firm will sponsor a Christmas tree, which will be decorated by volunteers and displayed at the Gail Borden Public Library in Elgin from October 28th until noon on November 8. On November 9, all sponsored trees will be auctioned off with the funds raised going to support the Ecker Center for Mental Health.

The Ecker Center for Mental Health has been organizing the Festival of Trees for thirteen years. After the trees have been displayed at the library they are taken to the Marriott in Hoffman Estates where the Center has planned a gala and live auction of the trees and wreaths for Saturday, November 9. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. and features live music and the auction.
