New KAJ Brothers EP Chivalry to be released April 20 Featuring She Wants to Dance
The boy band sensation’s new release features high-energy dance numbers and their signature harmonies
“Our mission is to make chivalry cool again. We are doing that through the creation of pop/funk dance music that’s not demeaning or objectifying to women.”
ORLANDO, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, April 13, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The long-awaited new EP, Chivalry, from the Orlando-based boy band KAJ Brothers1 will be released April 20, the same day the hot lead single, She Wants to Dance, will be released in video on YouTube. The following day the band will take the Church Street Station stage in Orlando for an 8 p.m. concert as part of the Florida Music Festival.— Kyle Craichy
The KAJ Brothers are a unique trio of pop, rock and R&B talent featuring masterful harmonies and exciting musicality. The band previously had success with stylistic interpretations of classical contemporary and R&B hits. Their version of Frank Sinatra's The Way You Look Tonight climbed all the way to number 5 on the AC top 40 national charts.
They also have a highly acclaimed acappella version of the National Anthem that stirs the soul, but the guys are showing their versatility on this 5-song project with original music and a pop/funk style that will get hearts pumping.
“Our new sound will get people moving,” Austin Craichy says. “We have some high-energy numbers with great groove. Once the music starts you will get lost in the rhythm and find yourself dancing along to the beat.”
The title of the EP is in keeping with the band’s aim. “Our mission is to make chivalry cool again,” Kyle Craichy says. “We are doing that through the creation of pop/funk dance music that’s not demeaning or objectifying to women. We want to write and perform great dance and love songs based on respect, and show the world the true value of women is not in what they do or how they look but in who they are.”
They are also putting their money where their mission is by raising funds and awareness for organizations that combat human trafficking.
They started out by donating the proceeds of their first single to the International Justice Mission (IJM) and The Porch Light. IJM is a non-profit human rights organization based in the United States that helps rescue victims of human rights abuses, including sex trafficking, around the globe. The Porch Light is a ministry committed to helping restore victims of sex trafficking physically, emotionally and spiritually. They then founded the KAJ Brothers Freedom Foundation to continue raising funds, by donating a portion of their music sales and other efforts, to help eradicate human sex trafficking.
In the process of making chivalry cool again the KAJ Brothers are also making boy bands hot again. They regularly work with Orlando's renowned producer/vocal coach Gerry Williams who helped craft the boy band sound for N'Sync and The Backstreet Boys.
Other video releases and tour dates will be announced soon.
