Marcus Named Chairman, Co-CEO At CompCare
May 20, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Comprehensive Care Corp. (OTCBB: CHCR) (Current Market Cap: US$9.68 Mil.) has appointed Clark Marcus as its new chairman and co-chief executive officer. Marcus will also be joining the company’s board.
Marcus was formerly chairman and CEO of Core Corporate Consulting Group, having stepped down from that role prior to CompCare acquiring Core in January 20. Prior to that, he was a founder, chairman and CEO at The Amacore Group, a healthcare distribution firm.
