Hulu, Sony Team Up to Stream Hulu Plus on PS3
Hulu Plus service exclusive to PlayStation 3 until 2011
July 15, 2010 -- Sony and Hulu have announced that Hulu Plus will stream on PlayStation 3 in the coming months, with the Hulu Plus preview accessible now for select console owners.
An extension of Hulu's TV show and movie streaming online service, Hulu Plus is now available to a select group of PlayStation Plus subscribers for an additional $9.99 per month. All PlayStation Plus subscribers may download the free Hulu Plus application and, within it, request an invitation to the exclusive preview. Hulu is accessible in the United States.
According to the Hulu website, the service will be made available on Xbox 360 in "early 2011."
