Jury Still Out in Palin Email Hacking Trial
April 29, 2010 - Heading into day three of deliberations, the jury in the trial of a former University of Tennessee student accused of hacking Sarah Palin's email is showing no signs that a verdict is imminent.
David Kernell is facing four felony charges of identity theft, wire fraud, unauthorized access to a computer and obstruction of justice for allegedly hacking into Sarah Palin's Yahoo email account in 2008 after she was named John McCain's vice-presidential running mate.
