Rupinderpal Dhadda has been working for Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as an information technology (IT)/ laboratory workplace and equipment testing specialist for a decade. During his career he's received several notable accolades, including "Information Technology Lead L3 Reviewer." By consistently outperforming his peers during his first five years as a Project Engineer, he was promoted to Senior Project Engineer. He was also placed in the prestigious position of being an ISO17025 and CTDP (client test data program)/WMT (witnessed manufacturer's testing) auditor, a job that required him to lead numerous equipment and laboratory evaluation projects.

His duties at UL required him to analyze IT, medical, and audio/video equipment in conjunction with electrical schematics in order to develop preliminary construction review plans and conduct the necessary safety tests. He participated in staff training, and various aspects of equipment evaluation planning, including communicating with foreign and domestic clients to establish feasible project completion dates, test sample requirements, and budget limits. Rupinderpal also completed satisfactory jobs for IT giants NetPower and Fujitsu, with both employers stating that he performed commendably in a timely and efficient manner.

Before becoming an advanced IT professional, Mr. Dhadda already had experience with technological customer service as an electrical sales representative (ESR) at several hardware stores, including Lowe's and Eagle Hardware and Garden. As an ESR he was responsible for consulting with customers to determine their needs and recommending the appropriate merchandise based on the desired application. His technological know-how also earned him the position of machine operator/administrator at VSR Lock Inc., where he was assigned the task of adjusting, repairing, and replacing machine parts, as well as providing customer service and handling advanced projects.

Mr. Dhadda possesses a total of five years in technological education, with two certifications - a four-year Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada at Reno, and a one-year degree in Electronic Technology from the Career College of Northern Nevada
