GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces the Election of Mr. Cesare Fazari to Its Board of Directors

GC-Global Capital Corp. Based in Toronto, Mr. Fazari is a co-founder of Northwood Developments Inc., a diversified commercial construction company that has been operating in the greater Toronto area since 1991. Mr. Fazari's appointment to the board is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
