Opal Enterprises Begins Major Residential Project Replacing House Siding In Wheaton

Siding contractors in Naperville, Opal Enterprises, recently began work on a large residential renovation project. The project will replace windows and house siding in Wheaton for Stream Garden Villas.

The project spans 95 different individual residences, replacing over 200,000 square feet of James Hardie Fiber Cement siding and installing new Andersen windows for some units. The Home Owners Association chose three different James Hardie colors for the Stream Garden Villas: Timber Bark, Monterey Taupe and Autumn Tan and each home will be trimmed with Arctic White. The new siding will replace old and rotted cedar siding, which means each of the homes will receive a complete facelift. The work began in January and is scheduled for completion in May, weather permitting.

Seven contractors, including Opal Enterprises, competed for the rights to replace the windows and house siding in Wheaton for Stream Garden Villas.
