Quality Plus Mfg, a developer and manufacturer of innovative farming and agricultural equipment, today announced the introduction of its latest innovation in grain conveyor technology. The new TC2 line of grain conveyors is now available through the Quality Plus network of independent dealers and distributors.
The TC2 Conveyor Series is the newest product line in the Quality Plus portfolio and is the only line of top-carry conveyors capable of operating effectively at inclines up to 45 degrees. The TC2 line was developed to provide gentle, high quality, high capacity grain handling while meeting all seed company seed handling design specifications.
"We developed the TC2 line to provide the same quality grain transfer capabilities as our existing RRT series but in a top-carry conveyor," said Dan Forsyth, president of Quality Plus Mfg. The unique construction and lining of TC2 Conveyors are designed to reduce gaps and friction and allow TC2 models to run smoother and quieter during grain transfer. In addition, the fully enclosed design helps reduce the buildup of seed treatment residue for more efficient operation.
