We used a variety of 53' tractor trailers, 40' flat beds trailers and various sized box trucks in the removal along with a work force of twenty (20) guys for several weeks. In the end we removed the long standing naval base signs."

"The project was extensive and utilized all of our commercial division resources at the time," states Ingram. "Most of the buildings had the power off during the removal so it was very hot working conditions in the buildings especially in the heat of the summer. It was bittersweet since I recall watching the Blue Angles air shows many times when they were at the base, states Ingram ." It was one of our larger commercial projects but it came off without a hitch.
