Ms. Farall brings over 20 years of international M&A and corporate experience involving a wide range of industries, including, banking, chemical, oil & gas, hospitality, and technology in Latin America. Ms. Farall, who holds law degrees from both the U.S. and Argentina and is fluent in English and Spanish, regularly advises clients based in the U.S., Europe, and Asia with respect to cross-border Latin American matters.

Ms. Farall has served on the Executive Committee of the International Section of the State Bar of Georgia (2014-2015) and as the Committee Vice-Chair (2013-2014).
