FORT WORTH, TEXAS, USA, January 25, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) announced the promotion of Andrew Lombardi to Senior Vice President, General Counsel.

Lombardi, who is responsible for the entire legal function of Crescent and provides leadership and oversight for human resources, records management and risk and compliance, has been instrumental in structuring equity and debt related to real estate transactions secured through the company’s GP Invitation Fund I (GPI Fund). The GPI Fund, which was launched in 2016, is used to acquire, develop and operate real estate investments.

Lombardi joined Crescent in March 2010 as Asset Management Counsel. In 2014, he was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Counsel, acting as sole legal counsel for the company.

Lombardi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.

Lombardi remains active with TCU, currently serving on the Chancellor’s Young Advisory Council and was an adjunct Professor of Management (Business Law) from 2011 to 2016, a National Alumni Board Director from 2010 to 2014, and a Fort Worth Young Alumni Board Director from 2005 to 2013. Lombardi has been recognized as a “Top Attorney” by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine each year from 2008-2017, one of 2013’s “40 Under 40” by the Fort Worth Business Press, and a Rising Star by Texas Monthly in 2010.
