Mark DeGraff Promoted to Pinnacle Vice President
Operations leader presiding over northern California
WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pinnacle, one of the nation’s leading multifamily management firms, announces today the promotion of Mark DeGraff to vice president with responsibility for growth and operations of the company’s managed properties in northern California. In this new role, he provides direct support to four regional managers who oversee more than 5,000 apartment homes in Sacramento, East Bay, South Bay and the San Francisco Peninsula. Based out of Pinnacle’s regional Walnut Creek office, DeGraff reports to Regional Vice President Christian Davis.

DeGraff’s recent promotion from a senior regional management position launches Pinnacle’s commitment to doubling its California platform in the coming years through new leadership and additional resources.

DeGraff rejoined Pinnacle in 2009 and earned multiple promotions from his initial start as a property manager at the company ten years prior. In 2013 he was selected for Pinnacle’s elite Emerging Leaders mentorship program after impressing his peers with his leadership style and strong alignment with California’s largest client, Pacific Urban Residential (PUR). Since then he has focused countless hours on honing his new business development and underwriting skills.
DeGraff is a California State University graduate with over 21 years in the multifamily industry. He has experience with all product types including conventional, affordable, student and value-add assets. DeGraff is now responsible for a portfolio that ranges from new construction lease-ups to stabilized communities.
