mitcaps was awarded as "Attractive Employer 2017"

Economics Minister Dr. Wissing honors Telecommunications Service Provider from Mainz

MAINZ, RHINELAND-PALATINATE, GERMANY, December 6, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Mainz, December 2017
mitcaps GmbH has received at the ISB ceremony in Mainz the award "Attractive employer Rhineland Palatinate 2017" from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Mainz-based virtual network operator had been nominated for the award by the Chamber of Commerce and particularly convinced the jury with its individual competence development programs and value-based cooperation and participation.
Particularly young IT companies in Germany face the challenge of filling vacancies with qualified specialists. For the future-oriented solution approaches, mitcaps was awarded with seven other companies. The mitcaps solution is on the one hand a consistent value and service orientation in the company, which shows that especially midsize companies in times of fast change are a kind of family for all employees. On the other hand, executives who manage, promote and leading by good example, become themselves HR developers and coaches and play a central role in the implementation of such a program.
After already being awarded as "MINT Minded Company" in 2017, this honor also sends out a signal that the ICT company is well prepared for the future. A jury made up of one independent representative from industry, science and politics awarded eight companies from 24 nominees out of the four chamber districts for their sustainable, individual and creative solutions that can serve as best practice for other companies. mitcaps was able to convince with the overall concept and thus asserted itself against well-known medium-sized companies in the region.
Economics Minister Dr. Volker Wissing is impressed in his eulogy: "At mitcaps you can clearly feel the team spirit. Cooperative and responsible co-existence is deeply rooted in corporate values. mitcaps contributes to the success of internationally operating midsized companies and thus makes a valuable contribution to the German SMEs. "
Wilfried Röttgers, founder and CEO, received the prize for mitcaps: "An award that shows us that we are ready to meet the fast changing challenges of the job market and that can help us to find many new motivated employees who enjoy in having success. I accept this award on behalf of our team, which works passionately every day to find the best solution for our customers.”
