The national spotlight is on sexual harassment, sexual abuse and cover-ups, so why is NY Governor Andrew Cuomo silent on Weinstein, Kiyonaga and Hoyt?

The truth must be told; Cuomo's mental health system is rampant with sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, human trafficking of the disabled and cover-ups-rooted in a massive Medicaid Fraud Ponzi Scheme.”

ALBANY, NEW YORK, UNITED STATES, November 6, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Harvey Weinstein was a major campaign contributor to Governor Andrew Cuomo dating back many years to when Cuomo was the New York State Attorney General https://www.politico.com/states/new-york/city-hall/story/2017/10/12/cuomo-defends-keeping-weinstein-money-says-criticism-misses-the-point-115014 . Why would Gov. Cuomo try to keep campaign funds donated to him from Harvey Weinstein, but then only change his mind following extreme pressure and political fallout? This too is extremely troublesome and there is much more to this story regarding Governor Cuomo’s deafening silence? https://www.nytimes.com/2017/10/12/nyregion/andrew-cuomo-harvey-weinstein-campaign-contributions.html

Harvey Weinstein is why sexual harassment, rape and sexual abuse are in the national spotlight every day right now and rightfully so, sexual abuse and sexual harassment are major problems nationally. Where there are major problems, significant actions are required to fix or minimize them, this is what leaders do. So in the midst of dozens of unanswered questions by Governor Cuomo himself regarding all three of these men, why is Governor Cuomo silent? Governor Cuomo does press events all over New York State and even out of the country recently in attempts to dominate the news cycle, literally two to three times a day, what the hell is going on?

Two New Yorkers in top position of authority that Governor Cuomo appears to know well also have been in the news and public spotlight lately because of allegations of sexual harassment. The first is Jay Kiyonaga who headed up the governors troubled and being exposed abuse hotline for the disabled, wrongfully called the Justice Center. This State agency is far from a Justice Center, it is a whitewash cover-up entity where most sexual assaults and rapes committed against children and adults with disabilities in residential care facilities and group homes are purposefully kept from local police and County prosecutors and are covered-up. Jay Kiyonaga was the acting Executive Director of this criminal enterprise. Kiyonaga was just promoted secretly by Cuomo after allegations of sexual harassment as reported on by the NY Post and CBS news. The New York Post first broke this story about Jay Kiyonaga titled “Top Cuomo official claims former boss sexually harassed employees” http://nypost.com/2017/10/23/top-cuomo-official-claims-former-boss-sexually-harassed-employees/ . This story was picked up by many media outlets including CBS News which added an important piece to this puzzle; their story is titled “Former Cuomo aide claims harassment by superior https://www.cbsnews.com/news/patricia-gunning-cuomo-administration-aide-claims-harassment-by-superior/ . Mr. Kiyonaga was promoted instead of fired, why? Are there major skeletons in the closet?

Numerous calls for the firing of Jay Kiyonaga went directly to the Governor and his Deputy Secretary of Health, Paul Francis, by Michael Carey, the founder of the Jonathan Carey Foundation, for many months before these sexual harassment allegations surfaced publicly, they all were ignored. Instead of Jay Kiyonaga being fired for allegations of covering –up sex crimes and deaths of people with disabilities, Jay Kiyonaga was left in his position for many months and then secretly promoted by Governor Cuomo. Everyone has the right to know what is going on here and direct answers from the governor regarding why was Jay Kiyonaga promoted? How could a person that is believed to be a danger to countless people with disabilities or possibly women be promoted to become the Deputy Commission of the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) after allegations of sexual harassment and workplace violence?

Sexual harassment is a huge problem all across our country and there should be zero tolerance for any of this type of behavior in the workplace. What about sexual harassment, sexual assaults and rapes that are happening all of the time in New York State mental health facilities and group homes caring for people with disabilities? I believe everyone would agree that sexual abuse, assault and rape or being involved in covering up these crimes is far worse. Massive numbers of internally reported sexual assault and rape cases within Governor Andrew Cuomo’s bogus Justice Center that was headed up by Jay Kiyonaga disappeared and most sexual predators and rapists of our most vulnerable were and continue to be protected and shielded from firing and prosecution. It is believed that Kiyonaga is possibly holding this against the governor to stay employed, why else would he be promoted instead of fired? The biggest story here are the massive numbers of sex crimes being committed against people with disabilities that are being covered-up ultimately by Governor Andrew Cuomo.

Following the NY Post story regarding allegations of sexual harassment by Jay Kiyonaga another top State official and ally of Governor Cuomo resigned after allegations surfaced. This news story titled, “LANGWORTHY QUESTIONS GOVERNOR'S KNOWLEDGE OF HOYT SETTLEMENT” is extremely powerful because the Governor must have close knowledge and possible involvement in these cases
http://www.spectrumlocalnews.com/nys/buffalo/top-stories/2017/11/02/langworthy-questions-governor-s-knowledge-of-hoyt-settlement- . These additional news stories also raise questions regarding what Governor Cuomo knew and what was he possibly involved in, maybe this is another reason for the overwhelming silence from the governor? http://www.wgrz.com/news/local/hoyts-departure-continues-to-raise-questions/488131188 The Buffalo News story titled, “State offers no answers to questions surrounding Hoyt departure” speaks volumes http://buffalonews.com/2017/11/01/state-offers-no-answers-to-questions-surrounding-hoyt-departure/ .

Governor Andrew Cuomo has much to answer for; federal authorities must thoroughly investigate the wide-scale criminal cover-ups and civil rights atrocities directed by Governor Cuomo that are occurring throughout New York State. Again, the bigger picture is far beyond the comprehension of most and certainly far beyond Weinstein, Kiyonaga and Hoyt. There appears to be a scheme that is so dark and outright evil that Governor Cuomo cannot afford for it to come out, but it is coming out into the open. The truth must be told; Cuomo's mental health system is rampant with sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, human trafficking of the disabled and cover-ups-rooted in a massive Medicaid Fraud Ponzi Scheme.

No longer can 911 and local police be bypassed. 911 call systems must be immediately called by all mandated reporters regarding all sexual abuse.
