The event will include a keynote presentation by Jad El Zein, Technical Solution Architect, and sessions on exciting VMware announcements and integrations like Amazon Web Services and hands-on BYOD labs focused on NSX and vSAN v6.6.

In the opening keynote, Jad El Zein will talk about SDDC Full-Stack Automation - Streamlining App-Centric IT. As Principal Architect, Jad focuses on driving adoption of VMware’s Cloud Management Platform (CMP) and VMware's broader Software-Defined Datacenter (SDDC) vision while addressing the many unique needs of VMware's customers globally.

Rebecca Fitzhugh’s session, “We Should All Be Leaders”, talks about how there are many different leadership styles, but that the best leaders demonstrate some common traits. Fitzhugh will present the lessons she learned and the struggles she overcame while learning about leadership in the Marine Corps and how these are applicable to tech leaders.

There will also be a session that covers what's new in vSAN 6.6 (including a hands-on BYOD lab) along with a review of common day 2 operations such as reviewing performance, and how to grow and scale your cluster. There will be demos of the vSAN performance Service and tips on adding capacity to the vSAN cluster.

The closing keynote will be delivered by Andrew Ellwood, Senior Staff Education Product Portfolio Manager, and it will center around Current Training & Certification trends from a VMware Perspective. This session will examine career paths from the perspective of individual team members and IT leadership as they relate to the continuously evolving landscape of solutions available to today’s IT departments. Topics will include training and certification relevance in today’s IT world, and how VMware can to enhance both individuals and IT team careers with our Learning Subscriptions, Certification, and training.
