ADT Acquires MSE to Expand Commercial Security Integration Business
BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ADT, the leader in security and automation solutions for homes and businesses in North America, today announced the completed purchase of MSE Corporate Security.
Headquartered in Branchburg, NJ and in business for 25 years, MSE is the nation’s 27th largest commercial security integrator, with most of its annual revenue coming from virtually every U.S. state.

MSE employs about 75 team members, including techs, business development and project managers who work from several locations: Branchburg, NJ; Woodridge, IL; Goodyear, AZ; Sacramento, CA; Irvine, CA; New Haven, CT; Fredericksburg, VA; Rochester, NY; Albany, NY and Jupiter, Florida.

The MSE transaction comes on the heels of ADT’s recent acquisition of Protec, part of an overall corporate strategy to strengthen ADT’s Commercial and National Account business in a highly fragmented market.
