/EINPresswire.com/ -- MCLEAN, VA--(Marketwired - Aug 2, 2017) - Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with ten-year terms. The approximately $1.3 billion in K Certificates (K-F33 Certificates) are expected to settle on or about August 14, 2017.
