All of the shares are being offered by Redfin. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “RDFN” on July 28, 2017. In addition, Redfin has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,384,650 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price.
