InnSuites Hospitality Trust (IHT) Revenues and Net Income Grow

/EINPresswire.com/ -- PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Jun 13, 2017) - InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE: IHT) ("IHT") reported revenues of approximately $4.15 million for the three months ended April 30, 2017 compared to revenues of approximately $3.63 million for the three months ended April 30, 2016, an improvement of approximately $520,000 or approximately 14.3%. IHT also reported consolidated net income of approximately $58,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 compared to consolidated net income of approximately $21,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2016, an improvement of approximately 276%. Included in consolidated net income were non-cash depreciation expenses of approximately $413,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2017 compared to non-cash depreciation expenses of approximately $134,000 for the three months ended April 30, 2016.
