TOKYO, MINATO-KU, JAPAN, June 3, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Priyanka (managed by La Ditta Limited - Japan and Maido Enterprises Private Limited- India) has been a role model for Japan and India’s youth representing the rich bio-cultural heritage of both the Nations with pride. She will be delivering the sub keynote at the Forum to evangelize “Community Conservation and Social Mobility”. With the welfare of the communities that live in the forests and the lost habitats of Asian Elephants, she emphasizes the importance of community conservation in order to live in harmony with nature and to help restore safe habitats for the people and elephants.

Over the years, Japan and India have been closely attached through cultural exchange and the common goal of Wildlife protection. Due to her great compassion and love for elephants, Priyank obtained the Laos National Elephant Trainer Certification so that she could gain a deeper level of understanding about the issues threatening these magnificent creatures. She also hopes to foster Eco-Elephant Tourism between India, Japan, and throughout the rest of Asia. During her trip, she will be exploring the Wildlife friendly tea plantations of Assam and honoring real heroes of Conservation- Mahouts, elephant legends of the Eastern Himalayas and forest guards, who work tirelessly to protect India’s natural treasures.

The Forum provides a platform to recognize the role of Botany and local communities in the conservation of ecosystems through the lens of Naturenomics™, innovation, and information. During the Forum Priyanka will be visiting the Eastern Himalayan Botanic Ark, a biodiverse haven of the Eastern Himalayas, which has been nurtured and grown by Botany Villages that live around the Ark.

Coming from a mixed background of Japanese and Indian descent, Priyanka is proud and excited to help share the cultures of both countries. She is equally excited about her visit to India and to celebrate the diversity of nature, arts, history and culture with its people. She will be traveling through Assam from 1st to 5th November, supported by Balipara Foundation and has been invited by Ranjit Barthakur, Founder Trustee of Balipara Foundation, Founder of the Eastern Himalayan Naturenomics™ Forum and Elephant Country - a global brand which synergizes community and elephant conservation efforts.
She is also the brand ambassador for “Me for the World”a revolutionary charity savings coin box, that encourages children to save for themselves and give back to global communities. During her visit, she will be visiting schools to interact with children and inspiring the next generation through charity and compassion.
