A total of 21,948,726 common shares, representing approximately 47.14% of Black Diamond's issued and outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

In addition, all other resolutions presented at the meeting were approved by Black Diamond's shareholders, including fixing the number of directors at eight and the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as auditors.
