Cincinnati -- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) today issued a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Environmental Management (EM) Portsmouth Paducah Project Office (PPPO) Technical Support Services procurement, and is inviting industry comment. The Draft RFP is set up as a Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract that also contains a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for transition and an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) CLIN, under which only FFP task orders can be issued.
