Core-Mark Announces Amendment of its Credit Facility

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., March 29, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CORE), one of the largest marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions to the convenience retail industry in North America, announced today that it completed the tenth amendment of its credit facility to increase the size from $600 million to $750 million. The maturity of the credit facility has been extended to March 2022. The amendment also includes an expansion feature to increase the facility an additional $200 million to a total of $950 million.
