Harris as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Bank; and Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Bancorp, effective March 30, 2017. 

Mr. Harris is a Certified Public Accountant and has over thirty years’ experience in finance, accounting, operations, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and large-scale project management.  Mr. Harris possesses broad knowledge of financial institution accounting and business operations coupled with a high level of analytical, operational, managerial, and organizational skills.
