It is unjust that the Justice Center abuse hotline for the disabled continues to be funded, it is operating illegally and it must be shut down

This fraudulent State agency is not a Justice Center; it was never set up to protect the disabled from abuse, neglect or death, but instead set up to cover-up most reported cases, numbering in the many thousands. As the founder of the Jonathan Carey Foundation, I have fought to expose and shut down this agency under its former name, the Commission on Quality of Care, and its current name because it has been covering-up almost everything. This agency was caught and exposed throughout 2011and how they were successfully getting away with it was by keeping staggering numbers of reported crimes, including deaths, from local authorities. Instead of moving to protect the disabled, Governor Cuomo took decisive actions to deceive everyone by renaming this agency and relocating it. The governor gave them way more power and ability to cover-up far more crimes than ever. My precious son Jonathan died in State care.
