DENVER, COLORADO, USA, March 7, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Stephanie Fryncko is an experienced, competent and well-qualified Real Estate agent at Coldwell Banker in Denver, Colorado.

Stephanie was born at the Royal Air Force Base in Lakenheath, which is in Suffolk, England, to a family where her father was a United States Air Force member and skilled mechanic who also painted airplanes while serving in the Military.

Stephanie’s parents divorced and her father brought her and Kenny, her younger brother, to the United States when she was just nine months old. Her mother stayed in London. She remembers that her dad loved rehabbing houses and often worked 50 hours a week while going to college.

Stephanie went to college as well, and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science Landscape Design at Columbus State Community College.

She then decided to expand her horizons and enrolled at Penn State University satellite school in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology and Mechanical Engineering.

Stephanie says, “I was intrigued by this profession because it was our duty to ensure that the medical equipment was well-maintained, properly configured and safely functioning. At the same time, I applied this knowledge to my vision of landscaping design, where my perception of beauty encompassed everything in my panoramic view.”

Stephanie accepted an internship in St. Louis, Missouri, doing landscape, drawing and watering trees. She was soon hired on as a full-time landscape specialist before moving to Denver, Colorado.

In this position, she took care of the landscape at the Park Meadows Mall, maintaining the Christmas trees, the lights and the landscape. Shortly thereafter, she was hired by the City of Lakewood, overseeing the irrigation of the football and baseball fields.

Stephanie decided to get her Real Estate license because “The lady who sold me my first house was having a lot of fun. She always had her dogs with her and it looked like it would be fun for me to pursue, so I went to Real Estate school in 2005.” She says, “It was rough at first. I worked part-time, which was a mistake. It’s just too hard to juggle two jobs.”

Stephanie met her husband at that time and they had a beautiful son, Nicolas, and she decided to become a full-time Real Estate Agent. She recalls, “I had so many unique interactions with so many different people. One lady I met said that she found my business card in a book that she bought from Goodwill and thought it was a sign from God! Another time, I was having fun putting up ‘Open House’ signs and a man asked me if I was an agent. I said yes and he asked me to come over and list his house! I didn’t realize at the time just how much I would love Real Estate!”

Stephanie often has more than just a business relationship with her clients. She says, “I’m friends with a lot of them. I get invited to their houses and weddings. They feel comfortable with me. I get to know them and we become like family. It’s important to treat your clients well and you’ll always be connected. I see most of my clients at least four or five times a year.”

Stephanie is a now a single mom who prides herself on being independent and self -reliant. She adores her son, Nicolos and says, “He’s so considerate, thoughtful, sweet, athletic and very outgoing. He has a black belt in Karate, loves playing soccer and is an avid BMX bike racer.”

Stephanie, herself, is very sociable and appreciates being able to help Military families find a home. “I have a lot of Navy Federal clients as well as USAA and CARTUS clients.” She says, “I found out about the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification through them and I was one of the first to attend the class. I’m extremely grateful for everything they do for us – every single day. They give up so much to protect us and their sacrifices are unimaginable. I’m so honored to be able to serve them.”

Stephanie is also a Coldwell Banker Realty Plus Agent with Navy Federal and states that a lot of Military members don’t realize that they get cash back after closing with a Realty Plus Agent. “We provide guidance throughout the entire home buying and selling process, as well as offering community and neighborhood information with special discounts to help with moving, and so much more. Navy Federal provides a variety of mortgages that range from conventional to VA, FHA, a special Active-Duty mortgage loan and more. The field of membership now includes all Department of Defense (Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force) Active Duty, Retired, Reserve, National Guard, civilian and on-base contractor personnel and their families.”

The host unit is the 460th Space Wing. Buckley AFB has air operations, space-based missile warning capabilities, space surveillance operations, space communications operations and support functions.

Stephanie says, “I absolutely love when people move here to Denver because it’s such an amazing city! It’s stunning. There’s always something going on and always something to do.”
